Ministerios: Alcance: Colecta de alimentos de Acción de Gracias

I was hungry and you gave me food:

We conduct an annual Thanksgiving Food Drive to provide about 30 bags of food for families in need at Cheyenne and Country Meadows Elementary Schools, client families at Eve's Place, and bags for for church families as well. Church members and friends shopped for and donated stuffing, mac & cheese, canned string beans, cranberry sauce, yams, mashed potatoes or rice, onions, baking mix, cake mix and frosting or muffin mix, a card made by the church's card-making ministry, and a grocery gift card to purchase a meat to finish out the meal. We put all of these Thanksgiving items into individual bags for each family and delivered them to Cheyenne School. We donated extra food received in the drive to the Valley View Food Bank.
